Welcome to AI for Charities. By working with us or using our website, you agree to these simple terms.

1. Our Services

We provide consultancy and automation services for non-profits. We do our best to ensure our tools work perfectly, but technology (especially AI) can sometimes be unpredictable.

2. AI Limitations

The tools we build often use Artificial Intelligence. AI can make mistakes ("hallucinations"). You agree that:

• You will review critical outputs generated by AI (like grant applications or public communications) before sending them.
• We are not liable for errors made by the AI models themselves.

3. Payments

Payments for consultancy work are due as per the invoice terms (usually 14 or 30 days). We keep our prices fair for the non-profit sector and appreciate timely payment.

4. Confidentiality

We will keep your internal data confidential. We will not share your sensitive beneficiary data with anyone else.

5. Termination

Either party can end our working relationship with notice as defined in our specific project contract.
